As a recent customer of the CGM Group we would invite you to spare five minutes to complete the below customer service questionnaire.

Our Mission Statement is ‘Enhancing your environment, exceeding your expectations’ and we would be pleased to receive your honest feedback as to whether we have achieved this in your recent customer experience with CGM.

All completed questionnaires are entered into our monthly prize draw.

Q1: Were you contacted by CGM to confirm a date the works would commence and how long it would take to complete the works?


Q2: If there were any delays or changes to the works, were you informed by the operatives or their manager?
